Campbell was able to have her breathing tubes as well as various other support tubes removed this morning and was awake, talking, and expressing her STRONG desire to "Go Home." She continues to improve with each passing hour thanks in no small part to all of your prayers and support. Her godfather, Brian (aka Twinky) arrived last night from New Mexico and is spending time with her and Greg, and Robin.

ReplyDeleteMorning
ReplyDeleteYour Mother called me this am and told me what was happening. I can't believe it. Saying that we are praying is and understatement. I called Nancy and gave her what little I know...e-maile Mark and he linked me to the blog and I will send it on to her.
Great to hear that Twinky came to be with you.
I will chek daily and talk to you Mother and pray.
Love to all
Janie
I just wanted to express our concerns and thoughts. I have told both of my kids about this and that Campbell needs their prayers. My 3 year old came up with her own prayer for her and says it everyday...
ReplyDelete"Dear Jesus, please help Campbell feel better. Amen!"
We are thinking of you and praying hard!!

We are keeping her and all of you in our prayers. A little get well gift is on the way to her at the hospital! Love you all, ABJ and UB

Keep the good news coming! We had no trouble picturing Cam expressing that strong desire to get home. The girls are asking tons of questions about Cam, and can't wait to see her when she feels up to it. Stay feisty, Little Cam -- we love you!

So relieved to read that Campbell is doing well and we continue to pray for her recovery. What a brave little girl! I am sure this has been quite scary for everyone. We feel helpless so far away, but if there is anything we can do, please let us know. We are so happy to hear the good news and thank you for taking the time to keep us updated in such a stressful time. Kisses and hugs to Campbell!
